Italian speaking content moderator - Porto

We are looking for an Italian speaking content moderator to join our team in Porto, Portugal! As a content moderator you will be:

Reviewing Online Videos/Content/Complaints/Legal Notices received from the end customer on any incorrect decisions taken related to their copyright work/material
Reviewing/updating contents on a popular social media platform
Audit of content received and sharing for Social Media Upload
Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators
Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
Strict adherence to the accuracy guidelines as laid down by the client
Ensuring to protect the data of the customer and compliance process is followed

Working Hours:

24/7 Monday to Sunday rotative shifts

07:00 - 16:00

14:00 - 23:00

22:30 - 07:30

(on-site 100%)

Salary: 1. 000 EUR x 14 months

What do we offer you?

Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280 with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)

Your profile (Nice to have, not required):

Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
Dependable with strong attention to detail
Skilled in
- tasking; including the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly
Tolerance for repetitive work in a
- paced, high production work environment
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Associate degree in related field with 6 months to one year of relevant experience preferred
Strong customer service orientation skills
