Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Build and nurture
- term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations with a

- Ensure that all client interactions are accurately documented in the CRM system for effective

- Contribute ideas to improve client relations processes and enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is required.
- Previous experience in a client relations, account management, or customer support role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client expectations effectively.
- Strong
