Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as an Operations Customer Expert I, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional travel advice and service to our customers through our Lisbon contact center. Your primary duties will include assisting Italian-speaking travelers with their accommodations, converting inquiries into bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. You will also address inquiries, manage reservations, and maintain satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailored Communication: Engage with customers in both Italian and English, providing personalized and effective communication to address their travel needs.
• Sales Conversion: Employ strategic sales techniques to convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Timely Assistance: Ensure prompt and accurate information delivery to enhance the customers travel experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with partners and team members to ensure productive interactions and a
  - quality customer experience.

Working Conditions:

• Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week with rotational shifts between Monday and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Trial Period: Begin with a
  - month trial period upon signing the contract.

Training Overview:

• Duration: Approximately 14 working days, 8 hours daily, conducted in English.
• Content: Includes team integration, tools training, product knowledge, and customer management for phone, email, and chat support.
• Total Gross Salary: 1, 379 per month, inclusive of all allowances.
  • Base Salary: 1, 050
  • Christmas Allowance: 87. 50 (paid monthly)
  • Holiday Allowance: 87. 50 (paid monthly)
  • Meal Allowance: 154 (provided via a
    - free debit card for meals)
