Position

We are looking for an Italian Planner to create future demand (requirements) and ensure there is adequate supply (staffing) to meet the same.

As a WFM Planner your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Capacity Plan: Review the Capacity Plan sent monthly by the client. Plan accordingly to meet the necessary FTE & Production Hours. Weekly review to ensure all assumptions are taken into account to meet production hours accuracy.
2. Recruitment/Hiring Plan: Work closely with recruitment and Operations to develop and plan all recruitment needs until Eo
   Y.
3. Shrinkage: Plan of Internal and External shrinkage by reviewing %s Wo
   W to meet the targets for production and productive hours.
4. Training Plan: Constant communication with the training department to create new hire classes or inside movements such as upskills.
5. Business Reviews with the client: WBR and MBR with the client to review all WFM results.
6. Absenteeism & Attrition: Ownership of Absenteeism and Attrition in terms of results and projections, while working with Operations as they are accountable.
7. Scheduling Manager: Managing the Scheduling team with weekly 121 meetings and providing necessary support. Weekly Scheduling calls with the client to review Interval Staffing results and look ahead in terms of forecasting.

Candidate Characteristics

Technical Requirements:

• Advanced level of MS Excel (including advanced formulas), Word, Power
  Point, and Outlook.
• SQL/VBA macros an asset.
• Experience with IEX, CMS, Avaya is an asset.
• Hybrid Working Model – Santos, Lisbon.

Languages Required:

• Italian: native speaker
• English: excellent (C2)

Previous Work Experience:

• Ideally higher or University education with a technical background (mathematical or statistical course desirable).
• Experience in managing projects.
• Experience in data analysis and presentation of business recommendations.
• Experience in Workforce management.
• Experience working in a call center is desirable.
• Experience in the technology industries is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Native or proficient Italian (mandatory).
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written.
• Other European language will be a plus.

Specific Requirements:

• Availability to travel.
• Out-of-hours support.

Education:

• Laurea (primo livello) in
  - statistical,
  - social disciplines.
• Classes in Scienze dell'amministrazione e dell'organizzazione (L-16, 19) or Scienze dell'economia e della gestione aziendale (L-18, 17).
