Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll handle client interactions across phone, chat, email, and social media, resolving account, technical, and financial inquiries. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support across multiple channels: phone, chat, email, and social media
- Address account setup, verification, login issues, financial inquiries, and technical problems
- Act as a reliable advisor, especially for clients in the sports industry
- Respond quickly to customer questions, concerns, and feedback
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear and effective communication
- Maintain high service standards while following company guidelines
- Suggest process improvements to elevate the customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
