Job Title: Italian Customer Service Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese Time)

Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Italian Customer Service Representative to join our onsite team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Italian-speaking customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer support in Italian via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer product information in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
4. Stay updated on product offerings and company services to provide accurate information to customers.
5. Accurately log customer interactions and follow up as necessary in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
7. Adhere to company processes, policies, and best practices to ensure consistent service quality.
8. Stay informed about product updates, company developments, and customer service techniques.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
2. Strong communication and
   - solving skills.
3. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
4. Ability to work effectively in a
   - paced environment.
5. Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese time), including bank holidays.
6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer service software.
7. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer issues.
8. EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
