Job Description:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you love streaming platforms and enjoy solving customer queries? Join our client's team as an Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative and support a leading streaming channel!

Start Date: February 6, 2025

Location: Remote from Portugal

Full-time, 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Sunday: 7 a. m. 9 p. m. (365 days/year)

Your Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding customer support for subscribers of a popular streaming platform.
2. Assist with inquiries related to subscriptions, account management, and technical issues.
3. Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience through professional communication.
4. Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve challenges.

What We're Looking For:

1. Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and a good command of English, spoken and written (B2).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Tech-savviness and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
4. Availability to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and holidays.
5. Already residing in Portugal (no relocation is offered for this role).
6. EU member state passport OR a valid residence permit for Portugal OR a job seeker visa OR an expression of interest (a MUST).
