What You'll Do:

1. Dealing only with lawyers, legal officers, NEB (National Enforcement Bodies).
2. NEB - whose role is to verify if transport operators are treating all passengers in accordance with their rights. Passengers who believe their rights, under the regulation, have not been respected should contact the body in the country where the incident took place.
3. Manage these situations with these agencies before going to court.
4. Non-voice project, only email & Chat.

What We're Looking For:

1. Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above) and advanced in English.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
4. Strong
   - solving abilities and attention to detail.
