As a Development Center, at Bontaz Portugal, we are pioneers in engineering and technology, continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the automotive sectors.

The IT Technician (M/F/D) is responsible for collecting incidents (disruptions of the service usually provided) and/or difficulties reported by users. As regards rollout projects, they are responsible for installing and ensuring the IT and/or telephone equipment related to the workstation work (hardware and software). If requested by users, they provide maintenance (remotely or
- site) for this equipment and deal with any incidents. They are involved in keeping the Information System infrastructure in operational condition.

Profile

We are looking for candidates with experience in IT. Experience in the automotive sector is an asset. Proficiency in English (verbally and in writing) is recommended as basic knowledge in French.

We are looking for a dynamic person with a team spirit. Autonomy, adaptability and organization, a willingness to learn, as well as good communication skills are some of the skills desired for this position.
