‍ As a IT Talent Sourcer at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Building our employer brand to attract top talent and ensure our talent pipeline is always replenished
• Creating and implementing various talent sourcing methods for each opening (online campaigns, sourcing, internal referrals, social media etc. . . )
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Conduct initial phone contact with candidates in the beginning, to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keeping an eye on recruiting trends and best practices
