Responsabilidades Chave

• Responsible for collecting incidents (disruptions of the service usually provided) and/or difficulties reported by users;
• Responsible for installing and ensuring the IT and/or telephone equipment related to the workstation work (hardware and software);
• Involved in keeping the Information System infrastructure in operational condition.

Competências

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Windows Server - good plus to have;
• Experience in implementing and maintaining Windows Server environment with
  - depth knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies and DNS;
• Proficiency in English (verbally and in writing).
