Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Systems Architect to integrate the team of our client – a reference Portuguese company in the banking sector.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance to the teams on architectural best practices for web development;
2. Design and implement technical solutions that support the business requirements;
3. Continuously improve development and quality practices (code quality, testing, release management);
4. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver outstanding solutions.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Engineering or other similar area;
2. Previous experience in a similar role;
3. Strong experience in backend Java and frontend Angular;
4. Experience with microservices;
5. Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud), and with continuous integration tools, such as Git, Jenkins and/or Nexus;
6. Experience with containers orchestration (Kubernetes), Maven and Docker is a plus;
7. Experience with Sonar
   Qube integrations is a plus;
8. Experience with Dynatrace or similar system monitoring tools is a plus;
9. Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships;
10. Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
