T and Industry 4. 0 solutions, aiming to innovate the market in B2B and B2C segments.

Satcom is looking for an IT professional to lead our IT Department.

As an IT Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Manage the company's information systems.
2. Focus primarily on configuration, setup, and maintenance of monitoring tools.
3. Update documentation in the IT Operations Share
   Point folders related to monitoring configurations.
4. Provide technical support to office staff as needed.
5. Configure peripherals and update software and hardware.
6. Ensure that systems are secure against cybersecurity threats.
7. Perform routine maintenance on PCs and updates for performance efficiency.
8. Maintain internet service, firewalls, and telephone systems.
9. Integrate Share
   Point with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, One
   Drive).
10. Contribute to weekly or monthly reports on monitoring performance and findings.
11. Manage the inventory and equipment licenses of the department.
12. Work with internal and external audits as needed to ensure compliance with monitoring standards and configurations.
13. Collaborate with other teams to integrate new technologies.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical course.
2. Microsoft Certified: Share
   Point Server Hybrid will be a plus.
3. 4 years of experience.

Required Skills

1. Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including the Microsoft platform.
2. Experience with Share
   Point is mandatory.
3. Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware issues.
4. Up-to-date technical knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and standards.
5. Implementation of security measures to protect data in Share
   Point.
6. Knowledge of compliance with regulations (GDPR, ISO).
7. Ability to conduct research on PC problems and products as needed.
8. Knowledge of compliance with security regulations and standards, such as GDPR and ISO.
9. Monitoring Share
   Point performance and solving performance issues.
10. Fluency in spoken and written English.
11. Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.
