- up in a highly dynamic environment, where adaptability and innovation are key. We believe that technology plays a crucial role for sustainability.

As an IT Sustainability Service Owner & Application Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving sustainability through technology, shaping the future of our team, and picking up additional tasks in the team as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the
   -
   - end lifecycle of multiple sustainability IT services.
2. Lead the strategy and development of IT sustainability solutions, aligning with business goals and requirements (e. g. , in the context of CSRD regulation).
3. Collaborate with key stakeholders (customers, program/project managers, architects, suppliers) to shape the sustainability solutions portfolio and IT architecture.
4. Ensure seamless integration of sustainability solutions into the existing service landscape.
5. Promote the reuse of data from sustainability IT services and applications in the Siemens Data Cloud (SDC), driving
   - driven sustainability.
6. Provide transparency on sustainability IT services and applications during audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
7. Oversee the delivery and performance of IT services related to sustainability, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
8. Stay
   -
   - date with industry trends and emerging technologies in sustainability.
9. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to take on new challenges in a dynamic field, as needed.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

1. Master's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in leading and developing IT services and solutions.
3. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
4. Experience with Agile methodologies and data management.
5. Understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
6. Knowledge of ESG (environmental, social, and governance) regulations.
7. Certifications related to IT service management (e. g. , ITIL).
8. Ability to work in
   - functional teams, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
9. Understanding of security, compliance, and audit requirements in IT solutions and architecture.
10. Passion for driving positive change through technology and sustainability.
11. Committed to taking on responsibilities and being comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
12. Fluent in English.
