As an IT Sustainability Service Owner & Application Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful impact by driving sustainability through technology, shaping the future of our team and
- up additional tasks in the team as needed.

Responsibilities:

1. Own the
   -
   - end lifecycle of multiple sustainability IT applications and services.
2. Ensure seamless integration of sustainability solutions into existing service landscape, manage integration of existing applications in sustainability services.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement IT service strategies, solution architectures, and roadmaps.
4. Collaborate with product owners and users, manage service and change requests, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
5. Oversee the delivery and performance of IT services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
6. Continuously monitor and improve service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders like customers, program/project managers, architects, and providers to shape the IT solution landscape and architecture for sustainability.
8. Ensure
   - driven sustainability by fostering
   - usability of data from sustainability IT services & applications in Siemens Data Cloud (SDC).
9. Provide transparency on IT services and applications for sustainability during audits and assessments to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
10. Stay
    -
    - date with industry trends and emerging technologies in sustainability.
11. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to pick up new challenges in a dynamic field as they arise.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
2. Long years of experience in IT Service Ownership and/or Application Management.
3. Proficiency in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
5. Passion for driving positive change through technology and sustainability.
6. Business fluent skills in English.
7. You are committed to going above and beyond your core responsibilities and feel comfortable in a dynamic working environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with Dev
   Ops, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement.
2. Experience in sustainability services, solutions, or data management.
3. Experience with data management, data products, Siemens Data Cloud (SDC).
4. Understanding of sustainability principles and practices.
5. Knowledge of ESG (environmental, social, and governance) metrics.
6. Certifications related to IT service management or sustainability.
7. Ability to work in
   - functional teams, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
8. Understanding of security and compliance considerations in IT solutions & architecture.
