We are looking for an IT Support Technician (Helpdesk)
MAIN TASKS:
- Provide in-person /
-
- face IT support in a
- scale
- user environment. - Offer remote and
- site (desk/field) technical support. - Follow standard procedures and manage support requests via ticketing systems.
- Handle warehouse management, stock control, logistics, and
- office tasks related to IT equipment.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
Technical Skills:
- Strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and professional presentation (Mandatory).
- Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or in a customer support role (Mandatory).
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with an analytical mindset.
- Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of corporate IT products and office tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (Windows, Excel, Outlook).
- Understanding of collaborative tools and their role in digital workplaces.
- Awareness of IT Security and Cyber Security best practices in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and various tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Fluent in English (capable of maintaining and elaborating conversations).

- Networking & Security: Practical experience
- Problem-solving & Critical Thinking: Expert
- Microsoft Technologies (Windows, M365, Outlook, etc. ): Expert
