Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level and obtain a permanent fix, guaranteeing proper analysis of the cause of the incident;
• Participate in the configuration of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or similar;
• Previous experience working with specialized support teams;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with the following technologies or platforms:
  • Azure;
  • Mongo
    DB;
  • SQL;
  • Sales
    Force Commerce Cloud;
  • C#;
  • PHP;
• Experience with APIs (APIGEE) and development tools (JIRA, Git
  Hub) and knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure and AWS) is valued;
• Problem-solving attitude;
