We are looking for an Information Systems Technician, IT Specialist - Office 365, to join our Collaborative Platforms Management team.
Your objective is to manage directory systems, authentication, name resolution, IP assignment, print management, and to have knowledge in Operating Systems, Networks, Security, and Cloud technologies. You will also be responsible for identifying technological advancements, proposing solutions, and implementing them according to market best practices.

Main requirements
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar fields;
- Experience in Operating Systems administration;
- Ability to manage Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, Print, and File Server services;
- Capability to drive technological advancements across various systems;
- Ability to identify and resolve performance issues in different systems;
- Ability to manage cloud systems (Microsoft, Google);
- Administration and maintenance of M365 (Exchange Online, Share
Point, Teams, and One
Drive); - Implementation and management of Azure solutions (Entra ID, Azure Virtual Machines, and Azure Backup);
- Automation of administrative tasks to optimize operational efficiency;
- Ability to lead work sessions.

- Microsoft Certified - Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified, Exchange Online Support Engineer Specialty
