We are looking for a Senior IT Service Manager to become part of our Siemens Financial Services Information Technology team. This role has
-
- end responsibility within an agreed framework, to deliver and maintain business applications. Delivery of the application must at least meet agreed Service Levels, security, governance, or compliance requirements while working with teams from IT service operations. You will have the chance to influence our journey every day and build the future together with us.

Your mission will be…

1. Ensure
   -
   - end responsibility for COF Global Document production application Ex
   Stream in coordinating, managing and supporting system developments as required and according to agreed business requirements. Alignment of internal staff and 3rd party consultants to develop and maintain the assigned systems/applications.
2. Ensure proactive maintenance and support in conjunction with Support/Systems teams while aiming for the highest user experience and no unplanned downtime of business applications.
3. Drive Digitalization and System automation with the best
   - benefit ratio, and/or as per business requirements.
4. Be responsible for communication, collaboration and relationship management to key internal and external stakeholders.
5. Ensure support teams are properly trained, skilled, and educated in matters of relevance for supporting business and service continuation.
6. Ensure system compliance including system security (CERT), and alignment to local regulations, Sfe
   RA, ITGC requirements and other applicable standards.
7. Continually look to increase new technologies integration and process improvement.

We are looking for someone with…

1. BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a comparable technical field of study.
2. 5+ years’ experience, preferably in a financial services company, in a technical and managerial role.
3. Microsoft Operating System Support skills.
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
5. Analytical skills, information processing, strong critical thinking and decision making.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Organized and
   - oriented way of working with a strong sense of quality awareness.
8. Self-driven and a
   - learner, able to understand amounts of information focusing on the relevant items.
9. Fluent business English language skills (speaking and writing).

An additional plus would be:

1. ITIL & Agile qualification or considerable relevant experience.
2. Technology related skill in cloud environment (AWS).
