Your mission will be…

We are looking for an IT Service Manager to join our team. This role has
-
- end responsibility within an agreed framework, to deliver and maintain business applications and on the service delivery of information and communications technology. Delivery of these applications must at least meet agreed Service Levels, security, governance or compliance requirements while working with teams from IT service operations.

As an IT Service Manager, you will:

1. Coordinate, manage and support system developments as required and according to agreed business requirements;
2. Align internal staff and 3rd party consultants to develop and maintain the assigned systems/applications. Work to be carried out in accordance with the agreed quality and security standards;
3. Ensure maintenance and support together with Support/Systems teams while aiming for the highest user experience and no unplanned downtime of business applications;
4. Be responsible for ensuring all documentation is available and up to date according to regulatory and Siemens internal standards;
5. Drive digitalization and system automation and strive for continuous service improvement;
6. Be responsible for communication, collaboration and relationship management to key internal and external stakeholders, regarding application status, planning, and information sharing;
7. Ensure system compliance with EBA (European Banking Authority) Guidelines and local regulations, Cybersecurity and IT audit requirements;
8. Be responsible for cost controlling and resource planning in your area of responsibility.

We are looking for someone with…

1. Educational Background: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management roles, with at least 3 years focused on IT financial services.
3. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, licenses and data management.
4. Analytical Thinker: Excellent
   - solving skills with a strategic mindset.
5. Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication abilities in English (mandatory).
6. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a
   - paced, dynamic environment.
7. Processes: ITIL & Agile qualification or demonstrable considerable relevant experience.
