About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Management Specialist to oversee and optimize IT services, ensuring
- quality support for infrastructure and applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in service management, infrastructure, and PC hardware lifecycle, with mandatory experience in Mac environments.

Tasks

• Manage and improve IT service delivery processes.
• Provide support and oversight for infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure efficient PC hardware lifecycle management, including provisioning and maintenance.
• Administer and troubleshoot Mac environments (mandatory requirement).
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to enhance IT service quality.
• Maintain and improve documentation of IT processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and applications.
• Experience managing PC hardware lifecycle.
• Mandatory experience with Mac systems.
• Strong
  - solving skills and
  - oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be located in Portugal for remote work eligibility.
