IT Senior Expert for Manufacturing Execution System

• Analyze and document business requirements for the MES.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure the MES meets business needs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Identify and resolve issues related to the MES implementation and operation.
• Provide training and support to
  - users.
• Continuously monitor and improve MES performance and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems, particularly Critical Manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with SQL, SAP systems, and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluent in English.
