IT Security & Infrastructure Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security & Infrastructure Manager to join our growing IT team.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in IT infrastructure management, security, cloud architecture, and team leadership. A strong
- oriented mindset and a keen focus on customer satisfaction is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise IT infrastructure, including servers and network assets, both onsite and offsite, as well as backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Implement security systems, policies, protocols, and procedures to protect IT infrastructure and services.
- Ensure compliance alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Define and implement a hybrid cloud architecture for the group.
- Lead the Service Desk team.
- Manage the Office 365 platform and modern workplace solutions.
- Define and manage the annual budget for the area.
- Manage 3rd party security and system providers.
- Contribute to the IT service innovation and improvement strategy.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an infrastructure manager and security
- Proficiency in ITSM and security management tools
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience with Windows operating systems, VMWare, and Veeam
