Your Mission Will Be:

- Sourcing and identifying candidates on various platforms;

- Screening applications, scheduling and conducting interviews;

- Managing and monitoring the entire recruitment process (from profile analysis to final selection);

- Organizing and carrying out the onboarding process for new employees;

- Managing partners and relationships with recruitment service providers;

- Supporting and accompanying consultants in Outsourcing and Nearshore projects.

What You'll Need:

- Previous experience in IT Recruitment, preferably in the Outsourcing/Nearshore area;

- Solid knowledge of sourcing tools (Linked
In Recruiter, job boards, etc. );

- Ability to create and maintain a close relationship with candidates and consultants;

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and negotiation skills;

- Team spirit and focus on objectives;

- Higher education in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related areas preferred.
