What we're looking for:

1. Previous experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role;
2. Knowledge of IT market trends and the most common tools in the sector;
3. Ability to conduct technical and behavioural interviews;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Proactivity and focus on results.
