IT Recruiter (Professional Internship)

We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to support our Recruitment team in identifying and selecting the best professionals for our projects. If you’re proactive, communicative, enjoy working in a team, and always bring a positive attitude (even on tight deadlines), this role is for you! What you will do- Manage job postings on various platforms.
- Conduct active searches for candidates (databases and headhunting).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Prepare internal documents, including interview reports and candidate profiles.
- Keep the candidate database updated daily.
- Guide candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Provide feedback to candidates at different stages of the process.
- Represent Grupo Tangível at recruitment and career events.
- Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and human resources.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship.
- Fluency in English.
- Spanish language skills (highly valued).
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Initiative, empathy, and patience.
- Deadline-driven with a passion for identifying talent.
