• Lead the communication and engagement with programme sponsors, stakeholders, and business programme managers.
• Prepare and drive critical meetings (programme management, steering's, escalation meetings) focusing on IT-related topics.
• Anticipate issues, blockers, and constraints in the critical path, working with sponsors and stakeholders to overcome them.
• Extensive experience working directly with senior leadership and executive management.
• Relevant experience leading programmes on an international scale, with multiple project teams across various countries and time zones.
• Adapt to environments with changing priorities
