Overview / Summary:

We are looking for an IT Project Manager, responsible for overseeing the

- end management of IT projects, with specific deliverables including detailed documentation (such as specifications and test plans) and
- quality software products.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

This role requires meticulous planning and execution to ensure that project objectives are met within the defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, resources, budget, and milestones to ensure successful project completion.

Documentation Management:

• Oversee the creation of detailed specifications and test plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets industry standards.

Leadership and Communication:

• Lead the different IT teams, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Software Delivery:

• Coordinate with the development teams to ensure software products meet specified requirements and quality standards, managing the entire software development lifecycle.

Risk and Quality Management:

• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance processes.

Migration Strategy:

• Develop and secure a comprehensive migration strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to manage data migration and system integration.
• Ensure the first days of production go smoothly, addressing any issues promptly and providing
  - up support to stabilize the new system.
