Your profile

• University degree in Information Systems or similar.
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Up to 1 year of experience in IT, ERP or digitalisation.
• Friendly and open personality that enjoys working with customers.
• Very strong and structured communication skills.
• Flexibility to work on different projects across teams and industries.
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
• Ensure customer satisfaction and establish
  - term relationships.
• Manage and support customers in various small and
  - term projects.
• Answer customer inquiries for various modules and industries.
• Collaborate with our development team and functional experts to provide optimal solutions.
• Conduct workshops to guide our customers through changes and new features.
