For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 6 years of professional experience managing IT projects
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources, budget, and milestones
• Ensure accurate specifications and test plans meet industry standards
• Lead teams and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring quality standards
• Identify risks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
• Develop and manage migration plans, ensuring smooth transitions and
  - launch support
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto, Portugal
