Your mission will be…

1. Planning and Organizing:
   • Structuring the project workflow
   • Setting deadlines and achievements
   • Allocating and monitoring resources
   • Ensuring smooth project management
   • Responsible for handling the project's TIME LINE, SCOPE, BUDGET, and QUALITY
2. Communication and Coordination:
   • Effective communication with the team, customers, and other partners
   • Exchanging information and aligning all project participants
   • Ensuring transparent information flow
3. Problem-Solving:
   • Quickly identifying and analyzing problems or errors
   • Developing and implementing solution strategies
   • Proactively communicating problems to customers
4. Team Leadership:
   • Motivating and supporting the team
   • Assigning and monitoring tasks
   • Encouraging team performance
5. Technical Expertise:
   • Demonstrating a good understanding of technical aspects of the project
   • Collaborating with technical experts to solve problems
   • Ensuring technical quality standards are met
6. Controlling and Reporting:
   • Continuously supervising project progress
   • Collecting and analyzing relevant critical metrics
   • Providing regular reports to superiors and customers

We are looking for someone with…

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Several years of experience in project management and/or service management.
• Strong leadership skills and team orientation.
• High communication and
  - solving abilities.
• Good technical understanding and affinity for IT topics.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal (German is a plus).
• Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles (certifications in ITIL is a plus).
• Proven presentation & reporting skills.
• Proactive & Teammate mentality are a must!
