We are looking for an IT Program Manager to join one of Europe's leading entertainment and communication businesses.
This role involves being part of a dynamic team that ensures technology delivers the best experience for customers. The company is always looking to improve by developing pioneering products and services that provide every customer with experiences they'll love.

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for crafting, sustaining, implementing, and driving efficient and effective project/portfolio management in support of business objectives.
- Discuss from a
- level perspective or engage in deep conversations with operational to C-level stakeholders. - Provide leadership and take overall accountability for the successful execution of deliverables using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate across other technology portfolios and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills to influence, anticipate, and resolve issues.
- Lead a team of project managers, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring them.
- Manage scope, priority, and delivery organization effectively.
- Understand the platforms and services provided to end customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
- At least 6 years of experience working in digital projects (especially valued if in OTT or Telco sectors).
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master.
- Broad experience in project management, particularly in Agile environments.
- Autonomous and responsible for ensuring the team is focused on the portfolio and committed to organizational priorities.
- Ability to handle senior stakeholders and operate in crisis management mode.
- Extremely well organized, punctual, and methodical while maintaining a pragmatic approach to
- solving. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
