We are looking for an IT Program Manager to join one of Europe's leading entertainment and communication businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for crafting, sustaining, implementing, and driving efficient and effective project/portfolio management in support of business objectives.
• Discuss from a
  - level perspective or engage in deep conversations with operational to C-level stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and take overall accountability for the successful execution of deliverables using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate across other technology portfolios and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills to influence, anticipate, and resolve issues.
• Lead a team of project managers, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring them.
• Manage scope, priority, and delivery organization effectively.
• Understand the platforms and services provided to end customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience working in digital projects (especially valued if in OTT or Telco sectors).
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Broad experience in project management, particularly in Agile environments.
• Autonomous and responsible for ensuring the team is focused on the portfolio and committed to organizational priorities.
• Ability to handle senior stakeholders and operate in crisis management mode.
• Extremely well organized, punctual, and methodical while maintaining a pragmatic approach to
  - solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
