We are looking for an IT Program Manager to join one of Europe's leading entertainment and communication businesses and be part of a dynamic team that ensures their technology delivers the best experience for their customers. Responsibilities:

• The Senior Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and oversight for crafting, sustaining, implementing, and driving efficient and effective project/portfolio management in support of the business objectives.
• Able to discuss from a
  - level perspective or have a deep conversation with operational to C-level stakeholders.
• Providing leadership and taking overall accountability for the successful execution of the deliverables using Agile methodologies.
• The Senior Program Manager will be required to collaborate across other technology portfolios and have excellent communication and relationship management skills to influence, anticipate, and resolve issues.
• Lead a team of project managers, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring them.
• Outstanding capacity for scope, priority management, and delivery organization.
• Good understanding of the platforms and the services we are providing to end customers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
• At least 6 years of experience working in digital projects (especially valued if in OTT or Telco sectors).
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master.
• Broad experience in project management, particularly in Agile environments.
• Autonomous and responsible for ensuring the team is focused on the portfolio and committed to the priorities of the organization.
• Ability to handle senior stakeholders and operate in crisis management mode.
• Extremely well organized, punctual, and methodical while keeping a pragmatic approach to solving problems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across time zones and cultures.
