Your mission will be…

1. Work with consultants and business representatives in an international environment.
2. Be involved in managing a communication service, Microsoft Teams, for a vast user base.
3. Support in implementing changes and Microsoft 365 extension applications.
4. Work directly with internal teams (e. g. change managers, architects, cyber security officials and service owners) to identify change and Microsoft 365 extension application requirements, working within existing processes to test, assess risks and deploy within the organization.
5. Create and support in the creation of detailed and comprehensive overview of relevant changes and applications.

We are looking for someone with…

1. Higher education studies (Computer Science, Software Engineer or similar).
2. Knowledge and experience as user of Microsoft 365 services; Microsoft Teams; Microsoft Cloud.
3. Knowledge about ITIL and Agile methodologies.
4. Knowledge in Azure / Entra ID, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI) would be nice to have.
5. Understanding of Software Development and IT Service Management (such as change management, use cases, business impact or others).
6. Excellent oral and written skills in English.
7. Strong interest and willingness to learn service and project management activities. Being an active player in ensuring compliance to guidelines, adherence to best practices and Cyber Security requirements.
8. Interest in Data Analytics, converting raw data into actionable insights, is a plus.
9. Good communication, networking and soft skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels.
10. Be proactive, be a technology and business knowledge seeker, work with a team virtually and locally, when required.
