Job Description

At Inetum you have space to grow and boost your talent! Our IT Procurement & Sourcing Analysts are an essential part of our projects, with their amazing and natural analytical way of thinking. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!

Location: Lisbon

Main Responsibilities

1. Manages and monitors IT project billing processes, ensuring accurate
   - up and reporting.
2. Prepares and tracks consumption reports for IT projects and headcount consumption reports.
3. Tracks and manages the billing of suppliers, while implementing savings actions.

Qualifications

Profile:

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management or similar.
2. + 2 years of experience as Project Manager or in Billing and Invoicing Management.
3. Knowledge of Supplier Management, Billing, Budget and Invoices.
4. Experience in Agile methodologies.
5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
6. Proficiency in English (mandatory) and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
7. Driven to team work.
8. Organizational and analytical skills.
9. Excellent communication skills.

Additional Information

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
