We are looking for a IT/OT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The goal is to combine project management expertise with a deep understanding of factory operations. This role will bridge the gap between IT service management and the practical needs of the manufacturing environment, ensuring that the ITSF model enhances the factory's processes and helps achieve key business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Scope Definition: Work with key stakeholders to clearly define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the ITSF model service implementation, ensuring that all resilience and business continuity requirements are clearly defined and addressed.
• Governance Model: Define and establish the governance model, including roles, responsibilities,
  - making processes, and escalation path.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify and manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Timeline and Milestones: Develop and maintain a detailed project timeline, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, proactively manage and mitigate them to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resource Allocation: Work with teams and departments to ensure necessary resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
• Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to the leadership and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the ITSF model service implementation meets the required quality standards and best practices.
• Change Management: Oversee the change management process during implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead, influence, and coordinate
  - functional teams to achieve project goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the broader business context and ensure that the ITSF model implementation aligns with organizational objectives.
• Process Improvement: Strong analytical skills to evaluate current processes and drive improvements in service delivery and efficiency.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a
  - paced, dynamic environment, and pivot strategies as needed to overcome challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, preferably in IT service management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Frameworks, ITIL, or other service management methodologies.
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and
  - functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with Information Security practices and standards (e. g. , ISO 27001, GDPR) is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Experience with project management tools (e. g. , Jira, MS Project, Asana).
• PMP or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
