Responsabilidades

1. Responsible for leading the IT/OT areas in FEL Site and the FEL IT/OT infrastructure (servers, clients, etc);
2. Managing the existing communication platforms (Internet, cellular, and internal phone communications);
3. Responsible for ensuring the central UPS system can sustain the IT/OT operation in case of any electrical shortage;
4. Keep a backup of all critical systems in the IT/OT areas, ensuring they are stored securely and are accessible in case of any issue;
5. Guarantee that the FEL site complies with local/global regulations of all licenses;
6. Managing the wired and wireless network infrastructure, controlling traffic, and ensuring speed needs are fulfilled depending on site requirements;
7. Managing all printers and scanning devices, maintenance, consumables, spare parts, and reviewing the needs for acquiring more devices based on company growth;
8. Support all quality measurement systems/devices in FEL. Local IT/OT Quality System (procedures, instruction, and creation of IT RM documentation);
9. Managing user administration and rights;
10. Supporting ERP systems and managing other user applications;
11. Managing maintenance of IT/OT systems, IT/OT project portfolio, and suppliers of IT/OT technologies;
12. Creating reports, instructions, and relevant documentation including IT/OT areas into current processes. Managing IT/OT related purchase orders documentation;
13. Forecasting IT/OT related costs and following up on spends and creating accruals;
14. Responsible for the development of the technical and financial content of service provider contracts for IT/OT;
15. Development and management of GDPR regulations related to IT;
16. Responsible for complying with regulations for production in a clean room;
17. Tracking OT/IT maintenance tasks and dealing with IT/OT related suppliers and subcontractors;
18. Creating training plans and providing training for professionals and users with varying levels of IT/OT knowledge and competencies;
19. Representing FEL Site in relevant global IT/OT forums;
20. Local responsible for maintaining the Information Security Management System in accordance with ISO 27001.

Requisitos

1. BSc. in Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic / IT Engineering / Software Development;
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT related field;
3. Experience with IT project implementation;
4. Experience with Manufacturing IT Protocols;
5. Standardization of network cabling knowledge;
6. English level, minimum B2;
7. Availability to work on different shifts and extra hours to complete work according to manufacturing needs;
8. SQL knowledge;
9. CCNA – Certified Cisco Network Associate.
