Requirements

1. Experience in datacentre (physical and cloud) operations and architecture.
2. Knowledge in specifying requirements and defining solution architectures.
3. Experience with TCP/IP networks and protocols.
4. Experience in Windows and Linux system administration.
5. Experience in cloud platform administration.
6. Knowledge of scripting Languages: Power
   Shell, Python, etc.
7. Excellent writing skills (policies, procedures, etc. ).
8. Knowledge in IT Service Management (ITIL - Mandatory)

Profile

1. Pragmatism and ability to deal with complexity.
2. Five to seven years of professional experience in similar roles.
3. Strong ability to understand, interpret stakeholder needs and requirements.
4. Constantly updated knowledge of technology innovations.
5. Good people skills to foster a supportive environment.
6. Agile mindset to ensure a flexible and innovative IT operations team.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills – (Portuguese and English).
8. A real passion for learning, doing things better, improving service and helping others – and an ability to turn ideas into realities.
9. Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, as required.
10. German skills will be a plus.
