What are you going to do?

• Ensure the availability and capacity of IT systems and tools, enhancing the overall experience of the company’s community;
• Lead and coordinate the Inspectors team in maintaining and supporting IT platforms;
• Oversee infrastructure components such as networking and server administration, ensuring smooth operations;
• Provide
  - quality support by focusing on service excellence, fast response times, and attention to detail;
• Collaborate with support teams to implement best practices and maintain high operational standards;
• Make strategic decisions to optimize IT infrastructure and improve overall system performance.

What are we looking for?

• 6 years of experience;
• Experience in data center (physical and cloud) operations and architecture;
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks and protocols;
• Familiarity with IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL / COBIT is a plus);
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power
  Shell and Python;
• Expertise in Windows and Linux system administration;
• Hands-on experience with cloud platform management;
• Excellent technical writing skills (policies, procedures, documentation);
• Ability to define solution architectures and specify technical requirements;
• Verbal communication skills in English (B2+ mandatory);
• Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor)
