1. Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets;
2. Market prospection and new business generation;
3. Design business strategies and plans to meet the company goals;
4. Support in the definition of a profitable commercial strategy for your Business Unit;
5. Preparation of weekly/monthly reports;
6. Provide a positive contribution to culture and company growth;
7. Meeting or exceeding Sales KPI’s;
8. Conducting interviews.

1. 1 to 5 years of experience in IT Sales Business Sector;
2. Bachelor Degree in Management, Economics, Computer Science or related;
3. Passion for technology, people and commercial area;
4. Goal driven and passion for success;
5. Highly collaborative and
   - motivated;
6. Strong customer relationships skills;
7. Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills;
8. Some technological understanding;
9. Good proficiency in English, as you'll be selling to foreign markets;
10. Worldwide availability to travel is a plus;
11. Energetic creative person with a positive attitude.
