What you will enjoy doing

• As the IT Infrastructure Services Specialist, you will manage device lifecycles based on global governance.
• You will oversee all reports and documentation related to IT Infrastructure Services and manage the resource libraries of technical information and solutions.
• You are responsible for managing contractors, third parties, cloud service providers, and other vendors.
• You will maintain and improve our existing cloud solution services and develop and implement IT infrastructure services and processes that align with business needs to improve service quality.
• Furthermore, you will evaluate and drive
  - generating sustainable improvements to existing IT Infrastructure Services for high customer satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for managing and executing multifaceted projects in conjunction with

  - day activities.
• You will need to stay

  - date on technologies, solutions, and architectures to optimize IT functions.
• You will participate in service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives.
• You must collaborate with
  - functional teams in network and server areas to align standard operating procedure guidelines.
• You will actively participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.

• Being able to work in an international and English-speaking environment is required, along with experience with IT service management tools, incident handling tools, and asset repositories.
• Experience in IT service delivery management and ITIL process management, as well as ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certifications, are necessary requirements for this position.
• You are ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project.
• You are able to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

This role is a
- time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:30 hrs till 17:30:00 hrs.
