What you will enjoy doing

• Manage device lifecycles based on global governance.
• Oversee all reports and documentation related to IT Infrastructure Services and manage the resource libraries of technical information and solutions.
• Manage contractors, third parties, cloud service providers, and other vendors.
• Maintain and improve existing cloud solution services and develop and implement IT infrastructure services and processes that align with business needs to improve service quality.
• Evaluate and drive
  - generating sustainable improvements to existing IT Infrastructure Services for high customer satisfaction.
• Manage and execute multifaceted projects in conjunction with
  -
  - day activities.
• Stay
  -
  - date on technologies, solutions, and architectures to optimize IT functions.
• Participate in service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams in network and server areas to align standard operating procedure guidelines.
• Participate in the digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation.

• Experience with IT service management tools, incident handling tools, and asset repositories.
• Experience in IT service delivery management and ITIL process management; ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certifications are required.
• Able to collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation.

This role is a
- time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:30 hrs till 17:30 hrs.
