Job Description:

What you will enjoy doing

• As the IT Infrastructure Services Specialist, you will manage device lifecycles based on global governance.
• You will oversee all reports and documentation related to IT Infrastructure Services and manage the resource libraries of technical information and solutions.
• You are responsible for managing contractors, third parties, cloud service providers, and other vendors.
• You will maintain and improve our existing Cloud Solutions Services.
• Developing and implementing IT Infrastructure Services and processes that align with business needs to enhance service quality will be your responsibility.
• You will evaluate and drive
  - generating sustainable improvements to existing IT Infrastructure Services for high customer satisfaction.
• Managing and performing
  - faceted projects in conjunction with

  - day activities is a requirement of the job.
• As an IT Infrastructure Services Specialist, you will need to stay

  - date on technologies, solutions, and architectures to optimize IT functions.
• You will participate in service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives.

  - functional teams in network and server areas to align on standardized operating procedure guidelines is essential.

• You have experience with IT service management tools, incident handling tools, and asset repositories is also crucial.
• Experience in IT service delivery management and ITIL process management, as well as ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certifications, are necessary requirements for this position.

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:30 hrs till 17:30 hrs. This role contains shift.
