• Manage device lifecycles based on global governance.
• Oversee all reports and documentation related to IT Infrastructure Services and manage the resource libraries of technical information and solutions.
• Manage contractors, third parties, cloud service providers, and other vendors.
• Maintain and improve existing Cloud Solutions Services.
• Develop and implement IT Infrastructure Services and processes that align with business needs to enhance service quality.
• Evaluate and drive
  - generating sustainable improvements to existing IT Infrastructure Services for high customer satisfaction.

• Participate in service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategy initiatives.

• Experience with IT service management tools, incident handling tools, and asset repositories.
• Experience in IT service delivery management and ITIL process management, as well as ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 certifications.
• Willingness to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the transformation project company digital.

This role is a
- time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:30 hrs till 17:30 hrs. This role contains shifts.
