Your Role
As an IT Infrastructure Expert (m/f/d), you will maintain and manage the network infrastructure of our logistics locations in Portugal.Your Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and computer networks.
- Implementation and maintenance of network and communication structures in offices and warehouses.
- Management and maintenance of communication equipment, including network switches.
- Configuration and management of computer network environments and telephone systems.
- Management and maintenance of network servers and data warehouses.
- Support for users at all levels related to IT infrastructure.
- Acquisition of IT infrastructure products.
- Ensuring compliance with working instructions, customer satisfaction, and work quality.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Windows, and Active Directory.
- Experience with computer network and operating system administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with
- technical employees. - Strong
- solving and analytical abilities for efficient issue resolution. - Fluency in English; Spanish will be considered a plus.
