Tasks

• Analyze and define business requirements for Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement IAM strategies that enhance security measures and streamline user access processes.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of IAM systems to identify potential areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between IT teams and business units to effectively integrate IAM solutions into existing workflows.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports on IAM system performance, changes, and updates for management review.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, IT or related field
• Certified Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ Engineer
• Strong understanding of Identity Management Practices, HR processes, governance and privilege access management
• Strong knowledge of Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ features and capabilities with at least 3 years of relevant project experience as a business analyst
• Teamwork, flexibility,
  - developed customer focus and technical expertise
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to define functional use cases
• Knowledge of cloud solutions of Sail
  Point and O365/Azure and Share
  Point/NTFS permission management is a plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
• Fluent in English
