What are you going to do?

• Ensure that data is
  - structured, consistent,
  -
  - date, and properly documented;
• Manage and maintain the permission catalog, making it easily accessible for end users (self-service);
• Track and review Sail
  Point tasks to ensure smooth system operations;
• Work closely with IAM operators and application owners to optimize access management;
• Assist in investigating and resolving incidents and system errors;
• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and rollout of business roles;
• Train employees on tool usage through live sessions and recorded materials.

What are we looking for?

• Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in relevant projects as a business administrator, including permission configuration, role definition, data correlation, task monitoring, and ownership management;
• Sail
  Point Identity
  IQ Practitioner certification;
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus;
• Strong expertise in Identity Management, HR processes, governance, and privileged access administration;
• Proactive mindset, teamwork skills, flexibility, and a strong
  - oriented approach;
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively;
• Verbal communication skills in French (C1 mandatory);
• Verbal communication skills in English (B2+ mandatory);
• Residency in Portugal – Citizenship or Work Visa/Residence Card (eliminatory factor).
