Job Description

The team is responsible for lv1, lv2 support. The support is handled via several communication tools such as Teams, Outlook, and in some cases Hotline. The support teams are all based in Porto (Hybrid working model in Porto). The Collaborator needs to follow all the procedures to guarantee that the KPIs are measured. The extraction and presentation of data are the responsibility of the support team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French
• Having HR procedure knowledge is a plus (e. g. , Recruitment, Talent Management)
• Having QA and Data Quality knowledge is a plus
• Administrative mindset
• Good communication skills, due to the support core activity
