IT HR Support / with French
Alter Solutions Portugal is an IT Consultancy Company, promoter of Digital Transformation, part of the Alter Solutions Group, created in 2006, in Paris.
In Portugal, we partner with over 120 clients and a team of over 500 people, working in projects for industries as diverse as banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.
Headquarters of the Nearshore IT center, Alter Solutions Portugal has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals, integrated into projects with several internationally renowned clients.
Job Description
The team is responsible for lv1 and lv2 support. The support is handled via several communication tools such as Teams, Outlook, and in some cases, Hotline. The support team is based in Porto, with a hybrid working model. The collaborator needs to follow all procedures to guarantee that the KPIs are measured. The extraction and presentation of data are the responsibility of the support team.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French
- Knowledge of HR procedures is a plus, including Recruitment and Talent Management
- Knowledge of QA and Data Quality is a plus
- Administrative mindset
- Good communication skills, essential for support activities
