Mandatory Skills:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support roles, with a minimum of 2 years in a
- level or advanced technician capacity. - Deep knowledge of operating systems, including:
- Windows (10, 11, and Server versions).
- mac
OS (latest versions). - Strong understanding of networking concepts, including:
- LAN/WAN configurations, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, VLANs.
- Firewall management and troubleshooting.
- Wireless network setups and optimizations.
- Proficiency with
- level ITSM platforms (e. g. , Service
Now, Jira Service Management) and remote support tools. - Advanced troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices.
- Experience with peripherals such as printers, scanners, Vo
IP devices, and other office technology. - Knowledge of hardware diagnostics.
Other Requirements:
- Fluent in English;
- Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
- Customer focus and service delivery;
- Availability to work in EU.
